No One Can Hear You For Miles

No One Can Hear You for Miles is a short film written, produced, directed & edited by Allie Cincera. The film was completed as Allie’s senior thesis film at the University of Arizona in May 2025. The film is currently beginning a festival circuit and is not available to stream online. Watch the following trailer to get a glimpse of the film.

Logline: In the aftermath of a paranormal event, two sisters must battle madness, fervor, and isolation in a post-apocalyptic world.

Your Vote Matters

Your Vote Matters is an original campaign directed and edited by Allie Cincera for Arizona Public Media. The spot highlighted students voices ahead of the 2024 presidential election, focusing on why they were voting while encouraging their fellow students and young people to get out and vote. A total of three spots aired during a two month period prior to the election.

The Veil

The Veil is short, experimental film co-created by Allie Cincera and her collaborator Cosmo Brusa Zappellini. The film was written, directed, and edited by the pair of filmmakers. The film premiered at Magic Hour in 2024 and has had a successful festival run. The film was in official selection at the Phoenix Film Festival (2025), the Arizona Underground Film Festival (2024), and the Chroma Arts Film Festival (2024) where it received the Best Student Film Award. The Veil also was an honorable mention at the Experimental Forum (2025).

Logline: Confronted with grief, a young woman seeks guidance from a witch in a journey of spiritual reconstruction. 

UTterly Revolting

Utterly Revolting is a short documentary film co-created by Allie Cincera and her collaborator Cosmo Brusa Zappellini. The documentary follows three local Tucson drag artists and their unique, avante-garde approach to drag. Utilizing experimental editing techniques and a cinema verite style to documentary, the film mirrors Zeena Karina, Piranha, and Chava Dreypuss’ art style.

Logline: Local Tucson drag queens fight with filth and fluids in a sideshow that brings freaks together.
